Nici Law Firm has the ability to prepare a detailed estate planning chart entitled The Strategic Snapshot®. The Strategic Snapshot® is an integral part of The Strategic Estate Planning System® which is our unique process for assisting clients with their estate planning needs.
The Strategic Snapshot® is designed to help clients understand the structure and operation of their estate plan and it is used as a tool to assist with the management and implementation of that estate plan, now and in the future. It is a visual representation of the client’s current estate plan using a color-coded chart that is easy to understand.
The Strategic Snapshot® will:

- Provide a tool to educate and inform you, your heirs, and your trusted advisors
- Identify and/or avoid problems with your estate by allowing all your
advisors (i.e., legal, financial, accounting, etc.) to take the necessary
steps to discovery and correct any potential “holes” in the total strategic
estate plan
Also included is the Asset Analysis™ which specifies how your assets are currently titled and how those assets will be distributed at the time of death.
