When I became a POA decades after attorney Nici had set up the documents, I needed help. The team at Nici jumped into action, offering help and advice, and when I needed a clean copy of the document in PDF form to satisfy an institution that was stonewalling me, Team Nici did it immediately. My husband and I moved to Florida from the Chicago area 10 months ago.  We were eager to find an attorney who could help us update our Trust and Living Will, as well as our Advanced Directives. Mr. James Nici and his Law Firm team offered the help that we needed in a timely fashion. Jim Nici is like the name of his firm - NICI LAW FIRM - clear, concise and to the point!
After making the initial appointment, a package arrived to be completed and brought to the meeting. I decided NOT to fill it out.  After all, why would I give him all of that information?  I didn't even know if I would like him or trust him, or hire him?!
Well, on the day of the meeting, he explained what I would need and any contingencies that might arrise in a direct, clear and underdstandable language.
During the meeting, while I was still listening, I filled out the first page of the package I had received and wrote a check!
